As the leader of Individual Life Insurance Strategic Relationship Management, Chuck Anderson is responsible for distribution partner relationships with the US Individual Life Insurance business at Prudential. Anderson leads a team of strategic relationship executives that are assigned to each of the company's insurance distribution organizations and all institutional firms that distribute Prudential’s individual life insurance products. Strategic Relationship Management (SRM) leads the strategy, business planning and communications with distribution partners and acts as a central hub for all business negotiations and practices across the organization. Chuck has held assignments in operations, systems, sales and marketing during his 32 year career with Prudential and was the first employee assigned to Prudential's Independent Life Distribution home office organization when it was formed in 1987. Chuck is known as an enthusiastic champion supporting life sales and an avid supporter of the company's career agents, independent brokers, advisors, producers and intermediaries that represent Prudential Life Insurance in the marketplace. Chuck's participation in the U.S. Life industry is extensive, including leadership roles within NAILBA, LIDMA, ACLI and AALU as well as being the Co-Chair of the AALU Brokerage Task Force.
